You’re
standing inside the Dragon Cathedral. The walls are a black stone, and a single stained glass window is
in the wall in front of you. The window depicts a scene, a dragon, flying above two pyramids. Beneath
the window, the Greek letter Alpha, followed by the word Draconis is
engraved into the stone border. From its mouth comes a golden chain, and wrapped around its
tail is a vine.
Then you realize that the chain and vine don’t end at the edge of
the window. They are inside
the cathedral as well, but are not stained glass
images. You look at the seam, and discover that you can’t find the
boundary between what is art, and what is real.
Two
large leaves grow out of the vine, inside the cathedral. Drawing near them, you realize that they contain special powers. The top has the ability to teach you about this strange world where
you’ve found yourself. The
bottom leave’s veins seem to form some sort of map.
Behind
you is a wooden door, which is open.
